Contact details for online sales enquiries

Email

Our main point of contact if you wish to contact us regarding purchase enquiries, further information or assistance:

[email protected] (please don't email us asking for valuations)

Telephone

Monday - Friday

9:00am - 5:00pm

If we aren't in the office (unfortunately we are sometimes out looking for antiques!) or it is outside these hours or a UK Bank Holiday, please leave a message. I will contact you when I return to the office or the following business day.

Before Calling

We do not buy from telephone calls and regrettably we do not offer a valuation service or disclose values of past customers purchases. If you are seeking a valuation there is a very good neutral and unbiased online valuation service here: valuemystuff.com.

However, if you wish to telephone us regarding customer service or require any further information or assistance with an online purchase, please call us on the telephone number shown when clicking on customer contact number button below

International Customers

If you would like to make a suitable request via email we are very happy to arrange to call you to save your costs.

We understand the time differences and telephone code systems and, if you let us know the details of the enquiry, will be more than happy to call you during your preferred times whenever possible.

Fax

We do have a real life fax machine! Please call in advance of fax, we don't use it a great deal and need to switch it on and get it ready

Address

Our resources are dedicated wholly online and we therefore do not operate a shop premises for valuations, sales or collections.

We are a small private family business operating online only. We only accept secure payments online and dispatch using a fully tracked and insured service. Unfortunately, this applies even if you happen to live near or are passing by Worcester.

We appreciate this online approach may not be for everyone and can only apologise. While we would prefer that you use our online store, if you wish to view, collect or sell antiques in person, there are several fine-established Antique shops along the Tything and near Worcester Cathedral offering a more traditional approach.
